Dayshift Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:

Review, update, and close Work Orders based on production requirements.
Adjust Work Orders for production quantities, material consumption, waste, rework, and other required transactions.
Verify that information recorded in Work Orders accurately reflects actual production activity.
Identify discrepancies between physical production and system records.
Monitor and follow up on open, pending, or incorrectly recorded Work Orders.
Coordinate with production supervisors and team leaders to obtain the information needed for adjustments and corrections.
Ensure production records are complete, accurate, and entered in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work effectively with data.
Ability to learn and work with systems such as SAP and WMS.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify errors and resolve discrepancies.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during payroll and inventory close processes.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple departments.
Comfortable working in both an office environment and a production floor setting.
