Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and close Work Orders based on production requirements.
- Adjust Work Orders for production quantities, material consumption, waste, rework, and other required transactions.
- Verify that information recorded in Work Orders accurately reflects actual production activity.
- Identify discrepancies between physical production and system records.
- Monitor and follow up on open, pending, or incorrectly recorded Work Orders.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and team leaders to obtain the information needed for adjustments and corrections.
- Ensure production records are complete, accurate, and entered in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work effectively with data.
- Ability to learn and work with systems such as SAP and WMS.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify errors and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during payroll and inventory close processes.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple departments.
- Comfortable working in both an office environment and a production floor setting.
