Key Responsibilities:

Manage and close production work orders.
Monitor production and inventory transactions.
Investigate inventory discrepancies.
Track yields, waste, and raw material usage.
Maintain product traceability and inventory accuracy.
Support inventory counts, reconciliations, and reporting.

Requirements:

Administrative experience.
Intermediate Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, basic analysis).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Ability to work in office and plant environments.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
