Night shift (2 pm-1 am) Sunday - Thursday.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (vacuum sealers, band saws, dicers, slicers, grinders, etc.)
- Carry out lubrication, mechanical adjustments, and electrical inspections in accordance with preventive routines.
- Diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and follow all safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Respond to maintenance work orders promptly & record maintenance activities in reports or maintenance systems.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment & support predictive maintenance programs.
Preferred experience:
- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field (Equivalent experience may be considered).
- 2–5 years in industrial maintenance, Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of USDA/SQF/SOP/GMPs (is a plus).
- Basic to intermediate electrical and electronic systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Reading electrical and mechanical diagrams.
- Must be able to read and write in English to perform necessary documentation.
