Since 1992, Prime Meats has been a trusted distributor of premium proteins across the Southeast. We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to support and maintain our SQF system, food safety programs, audits, and regulatory compliance across our processing plants and distribution centers.

What You'll Do:

Manage SQF documentation, HACCP plans, SOPs, and food safety records.
Oversee document control and compliance processes.
Coordinate internal and external audits and corrective actions.
Support food safety, quality, and regulatory training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and USDA regulations.
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
